FOUNDER Dream Big was founded by Bucky Lamb. Recognized as a national leader in sports marketing, Lamb has 15 years of public speaking, corporate sales, non-profit managment and private consulting experience. Lamb was raised on ranches in Wyoming and Texas. He attended Texas A&M University where he received Bachelor (1991) and Master Degrees (1993).
Lamb has held management positions with two non-profit sports marketing and entertainment corporations. He has led international award winning marketing campaigns. His innovative ideas have generated in excess of $7 million in sales annually.
Lamb is a gifted fundraiser, having negotiated over $9 million in contracts with companies such as Dodge, Southwest Airlines, Toyota, AT&T, Ford Motor Company and others.
Recognized for his leadership in the professional sports industry, Lamb has secured national television broadcast rights with the likes of ESPN, Fox Sports and OLN.
The Lamb Family has long been involved with ranching and western heritage.
